Solcenic Longwall Fluids

Fuchs is the world’s leading supplier of high water based, fire-resistant hydraulic fluids to the mining industry. Fuchs’ Solcenic Longwall Fluids are synonymous with quality and performance, offering synthetic, semi-synthetic and high-oil based fluids at treat rates of 1.3 to 5%.

Powergear Gear Lubricants

Designed specifically for mining, Powergear offers unique protection from conditions found in mining, such as water and dirt contamination, high temperatures and shock loading. Powergear has provided the mining industry with 30 years of unmatched protection of gear cases in contaminated environments. Available in straight ISO grades 100+ to 680, along with the original MP.

Centak OGL

Designed to exceed the tough requirements of Bucyrus and P&H, Centak OGL is a multi-service open gear lubricant for protection of open gearing and dipper sticks in shovels and draglines. Centak OGL contains no asphalt or solvents and is applied using commercially available automatic lubrication systems.

Renolit LX MSE

Premium high performance lithium complex grease containing an optimized additive system for unmatched protection. This 5% solid additive chemistry provides protection from shock loading and wear in heavy industrial applications. Outstanding wear protection as seen in test results of >800 kgf weld and >150 kgf LWI.

Grease

Fuchs Lubricants Co. is a top producer of grease in North America today. Fuchs manufactures a complete line of greases including lithium, lithium complex, calcum, calcium sulfonate, silica, silicone, aluminum complex and bentone greases to meet the demands of mining customers.

IGL-9 Series

Available in viscosities of ISO 320 through 1000, IGL-9 utilizes a unique additive package that includes solid EP additives to ensure maximum protection of gears. The specially formulated base oil is highly resistant to oxidation, meaning long service life to the customer.

Lacerta Synthetic T.O. EP (LSTO)

LSTO is a unique gear lubricant suitable for many problem gear sets. This thixotropic semi-fluid grease utilizes synthetic base oil and lithium thickened grease to lubricate gears and bearings in motion, but remain a semi-fluid in undisturbed areas, thereby reducing leakage and minimizing the probability of gear case failure due to loss of lubricant. LSTO is a desirable product for applications where accessibility to a gearbox is difficult during operation. The oxidation stability of LSTO gives the customer confidence of proper lubrication over long periods of time.
